Optometry

Dr. Katherine Horn is from Muskogee, OK. She attended Oklahoma State University where she received her Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry and Zoology. Dr. Horn then moved to San Antonio, TX where she graduated cum laude from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry with her Doctorate of Optometry. Following optometry school, she completed a residency in ocular disease and primary care at the Fayetteville, AR. VAMC. 

Dr. Horn is passionate about serving others and has volunteered on several medical mission trips to under-served countries including Panama, Nicaragua, and Honduras.  She is eager to be back in the Tulsa area to serve her local community. 

Outside of optometry, Dr. Horn enjoys weekends at the lake with her family and spoiling her two dogs, Rosie and Pup.
