Optometry

Stephanie Souvannachak-Cowick, O.D., embarked on her journey in optometry with a strong foundation in education. She earned her undergraduate degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford before pursuing her Doctorate in Optometry from Western University College of Health Sciences (WUCO) in Pomona, California.

During her tenure at WUCO, Dr. Cowick’s dedication and excellence were recognized with The Vision Council/COLA Terry Yoneda Excellence in Ophthalmic Optics Award, a testament to her commitment to the field of optometry. She is a proud member of both the American Optometric Association and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians.

Since joining The Eye Institute in 2019, Dr. Cowick has been dedicated to providing exceptional care to her patients. Her services include comprehensive eye examinations, diabetic eye examinations, glaucoma evaluations, contact lens examinations, and treatment of ocular infections. With a compassionate approach and a focus on patient education, she strives to ensure the optimal eye health and vision for each individual under her care.
